The Bible is one of God’s greatest gifts to us. He speaks to us through His Word, giving it the power to transform our lives. We recommend starting with reading the Gospel of John and reading at least 15 minutes a day. We grow in our relationship with the Lord by reading His word daily.

Prayer involves talking to God and listening to Him and it is essential to a Christian’s spiritual well-being. Make it a habit to speak to Him throughout the day and to be still and listen for His voice. Thank Him for what He has done in your life. Tell Him how you are feeling, and invite Him to lead and guide you in the decisions you make. We encourage you to include Scripture in your prayers. A great place to begin is praying verses from Psalms and Proverbs specifically over your life.

Discipleship is where you can grow and develop in your personal relationship with Jesus. Whether you have recently committed your life to Christ or you have been in church a long time, discipleship is a great way to develop understanding and a solid foundation in your faith. Group discipleship and one-to-one discipleship are available. 

Once you’ve received God’s gift of salvation, it is time to publicly share that you’re living a new  life in Christ. Jesus was baptized when He lived on the earth, and we follow His example. When we’re baptized, we are submerged under water to identify with the death and burial of Jesus. Then, we are raised out of the water to identify with His resurrection and our new life in Him.
