Why did CFAN switch to Pushpay as a giving platform?
We regularly received inquiries about user interface bugs with the previous giving platform and were unable to get a timely and sufficient resolution to these issues. The user experience needed to improve significantly, so we made the decision to switch to Pushpay. Pushpay was officially launched at CFAN on October 20, 2021.
How do I view my giving history?
After selecting your campus from the giving page, login to PushPay using your cell phone number or by setting up login credentials with your email. Next, click on the menu to navigate to Transactions or Giving Statements. Transactions will show all giving history, and Giving Statements can be viewed online quarterly.
Is Pushpay a secure giving platform?
All giving platforms that CFAN has ever implemented provide a secure giving experience to protect your bank and card information.
