Paul & Rita Romanick

To provide high-impact, strategic, contextualized missions training activities; facilitate motivated and equipped networks for evangelizing specific regions and people groups; and deploy holistic ministries and global partnerships focused on seeing the Great Commission become the Great Completion

Paul completed over 40 years of service to the U.S. Air Force, and Rita served in NASA and the Air Force in multiple Defense Contractor positions. Together, they have served as Life Group leaders, missionaries, teachers, and ministry trainers over the past 22 years. Currently, they serve as the Global Coordinators for Accelerating International Missions Strategies (AIMS) Training whose international missions focus is to recruit, train, equip, and deploy a large net of Missions Mobilizers to maximize global evangelization and church planting among Unreached People Groups (UPGs) worldwide – to reap the immense harvest of souls for the God’s Kingdom and help the Great Commission become the Great Completion. Since 2016, they have organized, supervised, and conducted over 230 AIMS Training Conferences in the U.S. and 25 nations.

Ministry Objectives

To help to bring closure to the Great Commission by taking the Gospel to every people group on earth and equipping the Church for strategic cross-cultural ministry

To develop effective Missions Mobilizer training curricula; then organize/supervise focused training seminars, overseas conferences, on-line video courses, and transferable training materials in both domestic and international settings

To recruit, train, certify, and deploy indigenous Trainers in multiple strategic regions and nations around the world – to equip indigenous disciples and missionaries to minister to each regional UPG, and to plant culturally-relevant, native, self-governing, self-propagating, and self-sustaining churches

To pursue and build international partnerships that will network their resources in strategic ministry through evangelistic and discipleship ministries, and church planting movements.
