When will my order be delivered?

All downloadable products are delivered after the transaction has completed. You will receive an email with a link to your download. All non-downloadable product orders placed by 4pm Mountain Time will be sent that same day. The shipping service you selected will determine how fast you receive your product. You will receive your tracking number when the product ships. If you have placed an order and have not received your tracking number, please contact at 1-800-905-9670.


How do I download the message that I just purchased?

As soon as the transaction has processed on your downloadable order, you will receive an email with a link to your product download. Can I get a tracking number on the order I just placed?

Yes. A tracking number is sent to the email address that you use to log in to the store. If you do not receive a tracking number from us, please contact us at 1-800-905-9670.


How do I know my order went through successfully?

I am having an issue with my product; can you please send me a new one?

Yes. We guarantee that our products will work properly and be free from defects. If you have any issues with your product, please contact us, and we will replace it with a new one.


My product was damaged during shipping, what should I do?

First, contact the shipping carrier asap and file a shipping claim notifying them that the product was damaged during shipping. During the process of resolving the claim we will send you a new product.


How do I download my MP3?

After you have purchased a downloadable file, you will receive a confirmation email that your order was processed successfully.

Step 1:Click the "ACCOUNT" tab in the upper-right corner of the site.
Step 2: Log into your account (if your not logged in already). Make sure to log in with the account user name and password you used to purchase the product.
Step 3: Next, click "Downloads," and all of your downloadable purchases will be listed. Your downloads will be listed on this page. Click the "Download" button next to the files listed and your download will begin. Please feel free to contact us if help is needed at 1-800-905-9670.
