What does this mean for children’s ministry?
Children love to explore everything around them. They are full of questions: How does this work? Why is the sky blue? Where does God live? They are curious about anything and everything, and they are like little sponges that absorb all kinds of information. In this time of exploration in children’s lives, we want to answer these questions by providing them a solid, biblical foundation that can be established in their lives at a young age.

Our mission at Explore is: Knowing God, Growing in Faith, Applying to Life. First and foremost, we want children to explore who God is. We want them to realize that God is more than just a Bible story; He is alive today and wants to have a personal relationship with them. This is where faith comes in. We want children to explore their faith in God through their own relationship with Jesus Christ. Beyond this, we want children to apply what they are learning to their lives. It is important for them to know that although life has many challenges and obstacles, they are opportunities for us to grow in God and to develop into the people He has called us to be so that we can fulfill our destinies.
